Advance Notice: All cakes are custom and made to order, as well as the decorations individually created for your special cake. Due to time and care taken for each cake, My Daughter's Cakes will accept one wedding cake per event date. As much notice as possible is appreciated and will insure availability. To check availability, you may use the Check Availability form on the Home page. Or you may call us at 201-927-4293 or email at info@mydaughterscakes.com. It's never too early to reserve your date - My Daughter's Cakes tends to book quickly.
Deposit: 30% deposit is due on signing of the Service Agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to delivery.
Payments: Deposits and payments in full may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or personal check. Payments by credit card will incur an additional 4% processing fee. Please note that payments by check are subject to a $45 return check fee. Payments made by check are not considered "paid" until the check has cleared.
Consultations:
Consultations are by appointment only. Cake tastings are included with consultations. To schedule a consultation, please contact us using the Check Availability

info@mydaughterscakes.com. Because cake tastings are made to order, 24-hour cancellation of a cake tasting is required.
Real Flowers on Cakes: Did you know that not all real flowers are food safe or non-toxic? My Daughter's Cakes does not permit real flowers on any of our cakes since we have no control over the types of flowers that are placed on our cakes. Additionally, we do not permit flowers typically considered food safe on our cakes since we cannot control the source of the flowers, which may have been sprayed with pesticides or other chemicals. Lastly, real flowers often are not proportionally sized to the cake. This is not pleasing to the eye and does not compliment the cake design.
Delivery and Set up:
Delivery
is included for the following New Jersey counties: Bergen, Essex,
Passaic, Union, and Morris. A small delivery fee will be applied for all
other areas of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Set up, where
necessary, is included with all orders.
